What is the burn time of each size?

Answer

Our medium size (200ml) is approximately 33* hours Our large size (350ml) is approximately 50* hours burn time (*if adhering to candle guidelines)

When should I expect to receive my order?

Answer

Orders will be shipped within 24-48 hours of order placement timing. We ship Australia wide only. During the current lockdown and COVID-19 situation, we ask for your understanding that postage times may vary to standard average shipping times due to transit delays.

How is Hue & Flores eco-friendly & sustainable?

CANDLES - Our soy wax candle products are made using 100% soy wax, which is natural and chemical free. PRODUCT PACKAGING - Our candles and flora product packaging are all plastic free, using recycled cardboard wherever possible. Our glass candle vessels are intended to be repurposed. SHIPPING PACKAGING - Our shipping packaging is all plastic free, using biodegradable packing beans to protect your order in shipment, as well as 100% recyled paper tape. We are mindful of our impact on the environment and commited to continue to strive to make improvements as more research and products become available.
