We offer standard postage rates upon checkout.
Your order will be processed within 24-48 hours of receiving.
Our shipping timing should meet 2-5 business days, locations dependant while we navigate logistic delays of Australia post during COVID-19 pandemic.

Return & Exchange Policy
RETURNS
We offer a 7 day return policy - 7 days after receipt date of your item you can request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new condition - unused in the original packaging.
To request a return please contact us at hello@hueandflores.com and state your reasoning.
If your return is accepted, you will need to package your item up and send back to the address we will provide.

DAMAGE
As soon as you receive your order, we ask to carefully inspect your beautiful product and notify us immediately if the item is damaged or defective in any way. We will review the situation and ensure to re-instate your beautiful purchase to expected quality.

REFUNDS
Upon receiving your request for product review to return, we will inform you if this request is approved. If so, you will automatically be refunded on your original payment method.
Please be mindful that it can take 2-5 business days on average for this return to be processed.
